    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at olivelaneltd@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Olive Lane, 11 Round Ash Way, Hartley, Kent, DA3 8BT.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned items.
    • Olive Lane is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

  4. Refund and Exchange Process:

    • Upon receiving the returned items, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned items are received.
